Andrea Balboni came in today and gave a lecture today which I found really valuable, she seems a really down to earth open, honest and hard working designer, after explaining that her work had taken her from New York to Tokyo and then to Milan and beyond it just made me excited to think about the future. Andrea has been successful beacuse she has worked hard and like Jez and Paul and Adrian keep saying, 'If your a nice person and people like you, your half way there, you've just got to deliver the goods then!, Obviously Andrea has delivered in both areas and its refeshing to see that perserverance not only means working on some amazing projects it can also mean getting out into the world and working all over the place. This is something I deffinately aspire to do.....
