As I've become more adept with illustrator I've really enjoyed using it espcially beacuse of how clean the final result looks. Here i've experimented with a portrait of Laura. My favourites have to be the middle two as I think the amount of colour and depth is just about right in them. The first offers to much colour and I worry with Illustrator someitmes that I use colours that are too vibrant. With some background work and text I think the middle two could be developed. I like the way illustrator has taken my work, my approach to drawing, often using cut out shadow and very purposeful lines in recipricated in this software.But I have to admit I do miss getting hands on and actually using a pencil, using a mouse compared with a pen takes some getting used to!
